A golden retriever sat alone in the pouring rain for two hours after its owners pulled a mean prank on the poor pooch.
A video shared on China's popular Douyin app shows the defeated dog, wearing a bright blue shirt, sulking under the tree in his owner's front garden.
The clip shows the animal - named Double Seven - sitting in the same spot, glaring into his house as the owner's wife giggles behind the camera.
The text on the screen says: "Not moving a bit in pouring rain for two hours."
The owner wrote in the caption the upset dog's defiant display comes after her husband ditched him and sped off in his car earlier that morning.
She said: "My husband went to work in the morning and Double Seven jumped onto the passenger's seat at the front.
"He told him he had to put his bag at the front and signalled Double Seven to get to the back seat.

"But when he jumped off the car and ready to hop onto the back, my husband just sped off to work.
"And this is the response he gives my husband to make him regret of the prank."
She told her followers she treated the pooch to a walk and a scooter ride later that same day.
Later, the owner uploaded another video showing Double Seven glaring at him from behind a curtain.
"My husband came back home around 1am and he couldn't stop laughing when I told him Double Seven stood in the rain for two hours waiting for him," the wife added.
Viewers were in stitches over the disgruntled dog. adding the poor canine was heartbroken and devastated at being ignored, The Daily Star reports.
One said: "There's a reason for Double Seven to be mad at his owner. You just can't lie to your pets!"
"His face just says it all," a second added.
"It just reminded me of my childhood when my sister lied to me and left me at home," a third recalled.
